1. Brief Introduction

Our flour pneumatic conveying rotary airlock valve is suitable for the pneumatic conveying system of the negative pressure air network, which plays the role of receiving, discharging and closing the air. It is an important equipment to ensure the normal connection and discharge of materials. The materials of this series of rotary valves are gray cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel and other materials, and customers can choose and use them according to their usage. It is an indispensable equipment for closed air and discharge in the pneumatic conveying network of the milling process.

2. Flour Pneumatic Conveying Rotary Airlock Valve Features

2.1 Executive standard：GB/T 25234-2010 The latest standard of grain and oil machinery-rotary airlock valve

2.2 Structural features: It has the characteristics of small size, tight structure, beautiful appearance and low failure rate. The main components of the equipment are all made of precision casting technology, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying technology (except stainless steel). The appearance is beautiful, breaking the rough appearance of other rotary valves. The equipment adopts the form of a closed rotor, and a large self-unloading flow channel is designed between the end face of the impeller and the end face of the end cover, which not only prevents the end-face from contacting, but also can be discharged through the self-unloading flow channel even if there is a small amount of material side leakage.

2.3 Material characteristics: The rotary valve is made of gray cast iron, ductile iron and stainless steel, which is convenient for customers to choose according to actual needs; the rotary valve castings are treated by a combination of natural aging and artificial aging, which effectively removes internal residual stress and is not easy to deform.

2.4 Sealing characteristics: This type of rotary valves have SF seal, OE type seal, O type seal and other sealing forms. According to the customer’s material type, using environment, process conditions and other factors, the appropriate sealing form is selected to maximize the performance of the equipment.

2.5 Model features: The center height of the 7L and 9L special flour pneumatic conveying rotary valves is the same as standard, and can be mixed and used together (except stainless steel). The rotary valve feed port is equipped with a detachable transparent observation component, which improves the convenience of daily maintenance.

2.6 Universality: The installation dimensions of all types of special rotary valves for powder rooms corresponding to the SF seal and the OE seal are exactly the same and can be replaced with each other.
